Cooking course autumnal dishes in Bolzano
When the days get shorter, the taste of autumn enters the kitchen. In this cooking course at Condito Bolzano, we will prepare a seasonal autumn menu together using regional ingredients – creative, aromatic and with a modern twist.
The focus is on typical seasonal produce such as pumpkin, mushrooms, root vegetables and apples. The course teaches practical techniques and new ideas for autumnal dishes that you can easily make at home.
Together we will cook an autumnal four-course menu in a relaxed atmosphere. The course is suitable for ambitious amateur chefs as well as anyone who wants to rediscover seasonal cuisine. Recipe documents and a meal together are included.
The course includes drinks and a recipe book for 4 courses. The course is held in Italian, the instructor speaks German and all recipes are available in German.
Please note: This is a cooking course and not a workshop in which everyone actively participates. The preparation is mainly carried out by the course leader; participants can assist in some cases.
